NAMI, the first Temakeria in Greece, came to Glyfada!
NAMI is the first temakeria in Greece and it started from our love for Japanese cuisine, aesthetics and general culture. NAMI (波) in Japanese means wave.
The word Temaki comes from TE (hand) and MAKI (sushi roll). That is sushi that is made and eaten by hand. A kind of sushi quite popular in Japan especially at celebrations and home gatherings.
In a new space of high aesthetics in the heart of Glyfada, casual Japanese cuisine takes on a new creative character.
Unique and imaginative flavor combinations make up a comprehensive sushi bar menu with choices from temaki, maki, nigiri and sashimi. All of our dishes are prepared from fresh and pure ingredients of the highest quality that are artfully transformed into delicious “works of art”.
In an environment where sushi has already gained a fanatical following, our aim is to create a new experience, a journey of new flavours, aromas and images that are nevertheless rooted in Japanese tradition.
In our space you can also enjoy delicious, unique cocktails curated by the talented Achilleas Poulimenos (Tiki, Red Lotus). Original flavors and creative combinations that are perfectly combined with sushi, elevate the visitor’s experience at NAMI.
