The ambition of its creators, Yannis Delmouzos and Meleti Crikos, is for Ancho to convey a philosophy based on top quality raw materials, freshness, the deep deliciousness of authentic recipes, fun and respect for the environment.
All the raw materials, sauces and accompaniments that go into the dish you order are made from scratch – daily.
Authentic Mexican peppers (chipotle, ancho, habanero,
piquin, morita) and all meats come from animals fed exclusively on plant-based, hormone-free foods.
