To get to Kokkino Limanaki, you can take a bus or drive. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour by car and 1-1.5 hours by bus, depending on traffic. If you’re driving, you can take the Athens-Lamia National Road (E75) and then follow the signs to Kokkino Limanaki. There is limited parking available near the beach, so it’s best to arrive early.
Upon arrival, I was struck by the natural beauty of the area. Kokkino Limanaki is a relatively secluded beach, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The water is exceptionally clear and calm, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. The beach is also equipped with amenities such as sun loungers, umbrellas, and showers.
